Introduction
We provide corporate finance advice to owner-managed businesses at all stages of business growth and development. From raising capital for a new venture, to assisting growth by acquisition, managing succession, arranging buy-outs or buy-ins, through to the eventual sale or flotation of the business, we can explain the options and help you make an informed choice.
Our dedicated corporate finance specialists never lose sight of the fact that we are dealing with individuals and that the outcome from any financial transaction will have a lasting impact on your future. It is our role to ensure any concerns and anxieties you may have are addressed early in the process so that you feel confident to make the important decisions regarding your business and personal future from a position of strength.
We are members of the Corporate Finance Faculty at the Institute – a specialist faculty whose members comprise firms specialising in this area of expertise.
Business planning
Perhaps the most important stage in any corporate finance assignment is the preparation of the Business Plan. Bearing in mind this is the only document that a prospective investor/lender or other organisation will have to base their initial decision upon; it is imperative that it is clear, concise and effective. Furthermore, many Business Plans are not read further than the Executive Summary where this has been poorly drafted or fails to entice the reader to read further. |
